1.Is there a sample fee?
We can offer one sample for free for some items, but an express account of yours is needed to send the parcel. For other items, we charge sample fee of USD50.00-100.00, but can be refunded if you place an order. You can check if there's a "Request Free Sample" button on the page, or just ask us by clicking "chat now"-you may find surprises, as we will make random changes for which items we offer free sample.

2.What is the sampling time?
Normally within one week.

3.What about OEM service?
We offer OEM service, this is what we do. You can send your complete set of technical files to us to develop, or send pictures together with your ideas, or physical samples together with how to do the changes. Afterwards we will arrange sample for approval.

4.Is there inspection conducted?
Sure. Every product enjoys the benefit to be inspected. Our QC does inspection at different stages of production, to avoid or solve problems and to make sure everything on the track.

5. How can I make the order a safe journey?
We support deal with Trade Assurance, which protects your orders from payment to delivery, helps you in the event of shipping and quality-related dispute.
